Louis, at the front desk was very informative and understanding. The hotel is extremely well located opposite the Malecon and near to the best parts of Guayaquil

The property was quirky with courteous staff at the waiter, I loved the stay. The location was marvellous and awesome for Guayaquil, adjacent to all the restaurants, the highlights of Guayaquil, and churches, El Cerro de Santa Ana, El Mercado de Artesania.

In our room with a standard king-size bed, we had a cool and trendy setup with shared bathrooms. Also, the room had A/C and cable TV 🛋️.

The location (right by the riverfront) and helpfulness of the proprietor in where to go to in the city, arranging for a haircut, changing our room to a better one when when we had ventilation issues.
The kitchen was being remodeled and hence no lunch/dinner during our stay. One of our rooms was quite dusty and had little ventilation, though when we pointed it out after one night, the manager upgraded us at no charge. Breakfast service was terribly slow (45 min to get toast + butter + tea/juice).

The beds were very comfy, the room was fashionable and large with a good view. Its location just a short stroll away from Central Market was great!

The breakfast options were great, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Captain Morgan's Pirate Ship.

The individually themed rooms (ours was the 'ginger' room); the decor; the view of the malecon from our room; and the spaciousness of both the room and the common areas.

The location was very central, really close to the famous Malecon, and both the airport and the bus terminal. We stayed in standard double room with 4 beds.

Pleasant young people at the desk were helpful in arranging transport to/from the airports.
Rooms are noisy and light enters while you want it to be dark to sleep. People made loud noise in hall at 2 AM and no one on staff did anything to quiet them down.

Reliable hotel, fairly clean, very polite staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. My twin/double room was stylish. The breakfasts were delicious and good with toast and also papaya and friendly service.
